AvaCasa, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates DreamBF, an AI companion mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.
Account Information. When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID credentials and, if you choose to share it, your email address. We store a user profile in our database that includes your display name and preferences.
Chat Messages. Messages you send to your AI companion are stored in our database to maintain conversation history and provide a personalized experience.
Voice Conversations. If you start a voice call, your spoken audio is streamed in real time to power the conversation. We do not store recordings of call audio; a text transcript of the call is saved to your conversation history.
Purchases. When you subscribe, we receive your subscription status from Apple so we can unlock premium features. Payment is processed entirely by Apple; we never receive or store your payment card details.
DreamBF uses artificial intelligence (powered by Google Gemini) to generate companion responses. Your chat messages — and, during voice calls, your spoken audio — are sent to Google's Gemini API for processing. Google's use of this data is governed by the Gemini API Additional Terms of Service. We do not use your conversations to train AI models.

We retain your account information and chat history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is permanently erased from our systems, except where retention is required by law.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), Firebase security rules, and access controls to protect your data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

DreamBF is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn we have collected data from a minor, we will promptly delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy in the app or on our website. Your continued use of DreamBF after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
