These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of DreamBF, an AI companion mobile application operated by AvaCasa, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using DreamBF, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to use DreamBF. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
DreamBF provides an AI-generated companion character for entertainment purposes. Your companion is a fictional character powered by artificial intelligence. He is not a real person. Responses are generated by AI language models and should not be relied upon for factual information, professional advice, or emotional support in crisis situations.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may sign in using Sign in with Apple to save your account across devices. You may not share your account or allow others to access it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
DreamBF offers premium features through the following plans:
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Auto-renewing subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings under Subscriptions.
We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your payment information. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.
You agree not to:
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You can report objectionable content from within the app (Settings → Report a problem) and switch your companion at any time. We review every report and act on violations, including removing content and terminating accounts.
All content, design, companion characters, and AI-generated material in DreamBF are owned by or licensed to AvaCasa, LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our written permission.
Messages you send within the app are your content. By using DreamBF, you grant us a limited license to process your messages through our AI systems to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your messages.
DreamBF is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
AI companions are not substitutes for real human relationships, professional counseling, or mental health support. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AvaCasa, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of DreamBF. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to DreamBF at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Active subscriptions should be cancelled through the App Store.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by other means. Continued use of DreamBF after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
